Our Story
Urban Loaf Factory is a bakery that specialises in artisanal sourdough bread. Founded and helmed by veteran baking instructor Chef Valerie Kong in 2018, it has rapidly garnered a loyal following thanks to its commitment to quality ingredients and experimental take on old-school sourdough. Flavours vary daily on inspiration by the chef – winning combinations include cranberry walnut, dark chocolate banana and olive .
